Frequently asked questions

What size can I get my print in?

Our standard print sizes range from A4 to A0.

What if my Viz won’t fit the suggested sizes?

Send us a message using the Get in Touch button at the top! We’ll give some advice on the different print sizes, how much it will cost and if its possible (it usually is!)

Can I get my print Framed?

Yes, definitely, contact us for prices.

Can I get metal or canvas versions of my viz?

Yes, definitely, contact us for prices.

How long will Shipping take?

This varies depending on where the item is located. My Printing Supplier has a global network of distribution centres. This means that if you live in the US, it ships from the US, whereas if you’re in Europe it’ll ship from Netherlands or the UK. All items are shipped in packaging to prevent them from damage. On average, items are dispatched within 2-3 working days of order and are sent 1st Class so arrive within 1-2 days of dispatch. Sometimes conditions do vary so there may be unexpected delays. We'll do our best to keep in communication with you in these instances and the majority of our prints are sent with tracking (only very small items aren't!)

What is the Print Quality?

Our standard print is on 200gsm Enhanced Matt Paper, printed our partners at a Professional Printing company.

Why don’t I just start my own shop or print myself?

Go for it! Starting SportsChord is one of the best things I’ve done. At times it has been extremely frustrating. When I first set out I was getting items shipped to my personal address, repackaging them and spending hours in queues at the post office. Over time and having made tonnes of mistakes, I now have a great relationship with a very high quality and reliable supplier, a good idea of what sells well and how to market prints so that they get seen by a wide audience and an efficient accounting system behind the business. I’m still learning, but always happy to have a chat about the process and my learnings along the way!
